Identity Crisis

Another one measuring high on the Brassneck patented Pound-O-Meter. A straight forward pale ale base fermented with Ardennes yeast. We usually use a nice floral European hop such as German Saphir to complement the herbal esters the yeast produces. Warning! This beer is totally for the faint hearted.

Barn Burner
