Spirit Animal FIRST BREWED: December 2014

(This one’s a little on the nerdy side, sorry).

Our strong, malty, Barley Wine is a barrel conditioned blend using 2 wild yeast strains during secondary fermentation:

25 % Brettanomyces Lambicus. (Brett “L”)

75% Brettanomyces Claussenii. (Brett “C”)

It’s 10% a.b.v…..

And 100% Delicious.
